Our organically-grown, small batch herbs create the foundation for each of our loose-leaf tea blends. In herb beds filled with mulch and compost generated here at Dry Hollow Farm, we sow herb seeds in the spring. Throughout the summer and fall months, we successively harvest our herbs by hand and dry them naturally in our Herb Shack.
The base organic herbs of our Prevention loose leaf tea blend are Bergamot (Lemon Mint) and Lemongrass one of our favorite growers. We combine dried Bergamot and Lemon Mint leaves with organically-sourced Green Tea, Elderberries, Rose Hips, and Cinnamon to create a preventative cup of tea.
Dry Hollow Pure is our all-natural, organic product line of artisan-crafted goat milk soaps and personal care products sourced with our farm-grown and hand-harvested herbs.
Lemongrass and Bergamot (Lemon Mint) are the base herbs for this Prevention Loose-Leaf Tea Blend.
Boil 1 cup of water, then allow to cool briefly. Steep 1 teaspoon of our herbal blend for 5 minutes (or longer if you want a stronger brew). We suggest adding a spoonful of honey, if desired.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, Lemon Mint, Green Tea Leaves, Elderberries, Rose Hips, and Cinnamon.
